Q: Hi Tess, welcome to the show! Would you tell us more about your program, Money Confident?

Money Confident is an online investing program that helps ambitious, career-driven, independent people and entrepreneurs grow their wealth and reach financial independence faster than they think possible (even if they are beginner investors or still in debt).

Lots of people have limiting beliefs around when you should start investing (it’s typically earlier than you think), a lot of people think you have to have a really complex strategy to be successful (you don’t), and then a lot of other people know they should be investing more but don’t know where to start. Or perhaps they have a 401k and don’t know what they are investing in or how best to manage the account. There’s a ton of shame around this because everyone thinks they should know this stuff but the truth is that we don’t learn how to invest in school.

When clients take the money confident course they leave with the basic knowledge and understanding to level up their investing game by allocating the right amount, knowing when to save vs. invest, what retirement accounts they can use, and they learn different investing strategies so they can choose the path that’s right for them.

At the end of the day, my favorite feedback is when clients tell me they are confident that they can handle any financial challenge they encounter and that they feel confident managing their own simple investment portfolio.

I am not a financial advisor. What I offer is education to help folks figure out what they really need and want to manage their finances, before hiring a potentially costly financial advisor. Or if they have a financial advisor, the opportunity to understand more about the strategy so that they can protect their wealth over time.
